New ideas/concepts are generated internally or externally and are properly screened and prioritized in order to optimize the allocation of company resources. Technologies are developed proof-of-concept after which time HTIG solicits the participation of strategic partners to accelerate scale-up and commercialization. After successful commercial demonstration, the technologies can be spun off as separate business units. |
